We recognize that the availability of PPE may depend on your state's categorization of ACT team members and have heard that states are varying in how they do so. For example, in Oregon, ACT teams have been categorized as at the same level of need as first responders (see attached policy), which may ease in their accessing of PPE. The neighboring state of Washington, for example, has included ACT teams in their Tier 3 (of 4) priorities for distributing PPE.
