We have ACT teams scrambling to secure ability for virtual meetings and 1:1 care with clients. Many ACT teams are asking for more from each other on sharing how this is being done, including daily team meeting routines. Lets share!!

We have been doing our daily team meetings on Microsoft Teams - where everyone can sign in for a video chat.. it's been really helpful to our daily operations!

Our team is using Microsoft teams to do virtual team meetings. We are still seeing patient's face to face unless the patient requests telehealth or the patient expresses (or is observed to have) symptoms consistent with COVID - 19. Docs are using web cams and Docsy app for face to face psychiatry appointments.

Yes, we have several teams in WA also using Microsoft Teams for both communications (setting up different chat channels for various topics) and video meeting.

Our team is using Zoom to meet daily. We are doing phone calls to clients but not meeting via video at this time. Those who have, how had your clients responded to this? I have a few that wont talk on the phone due to paranoia so I am not sure if they would do video or not, and I am very aware that it could be fine.

We're using Gotomeeting. Patients have been doing OK with it, they are somewhat less talkative though it seems more of a "taking it all in" response to change than paranoia. Several visits have been outdoors or in garages because that's where staff can meet with them privately to use the computer to communicate.

Some of our transitional age youth are calling the teams more frequently this week and talking longer. Perhaps there will be an increased level of comfort in communicating this way for some.

We have been doing our daily meetings on Teams and zoom. We create a spreadsheet to log our daily logs reports in our meetings (which we all have access on Teams files )(saving trees). Then after meeting we separate rooms on zoom for Individual Treatment Teams.
